Technical Lead (.NET)
About the role
Insighture is seeking a Technical Lead (.NET) to provide technical leadership and ensure architectural integrity and software engineering best practices within their team. The role involves collaborating with clients and stakeholders to define requirements, managing timelines, and presenting outcomes. The Technical Lead will design, develop, and maintain robust applications, translate business needs into technical specifications, conduct code reviews, troubleshoot complex issues, and recommend innovative solutions to enhance system performance, scalability, and security. Candidates should have a strong background in backend development with C# and .NET, experience with web APIs, microservices, modern JavaScript frameworks, cloud platforms, and Agile methodologies. Insighture is a global technology consultancy specializing in digital transformation, cloud-native development, and DevSecOps.
Must have
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or equivalent experience.
- 6+ years of proven experience in backend development using C# and .NET technologies.
- Strong understanding of web APIs and microservices architecture.
- Hands-on experience with modern JavaScript frontend frameworks (e.g., React, Angular, or Vue).
- Solid grasp of software design patterns, Object-Oriented Programming (OOP), and clean architecture.
- Experience with unit testing, automated testing, and Agile methodologies.
- Experience with major cloud platforms (e.g., Azure, AWS, or GCP) and CI/CD pipelines.
- Proficiency with relational databases (SQL) and ORMs
