Business Analyst Intern
About the role
Axio360 Ventures is seeking a Business Analyst Intern to support strategic and operational initiatives across its global portfolio. The intern will be responsible for gathering and analyzing business data, documenting requirements, mapping business processes, preparing reports and presentations, and supporting market and competitor research. The role involves collaborating with cross-functional teams to clarify needs, identify improvement opportunities, and help translate insights into actionable recommendations. This position offers the opportunity to work remotely with a team focused on innovative technology solutions in various industries, including healthcare, business, real estate, and hospitality.
Must have
- Strong Analytical Skills with the ability to interpret data, identify trends, and support decision-making.
- Foundational Business Analysis skills, including requirements gathering and stakeholder collaboration.
- Clear and professional Communication skills, both written and verbal, for reports, presentations, and team interactions.
- Understanding of Business Process concepts, including process mapping and basic process improvement.
- Ability to elicit, document, and prioritize Business Requirements for projects and initiatives.
- Enrollment in or completion of a degree in Business, Economics, Information Systems, or a related field.
- Proficiency with productivity tools (e.g., spreadsheets, presentation software) and comfort working in a remote environment.
- Self-motivated, organized, and able to manage multiple tasks and deadlines with guidance.
Nice to have
- Interest in technology, startups, and venture investing; prior internship or project experience in these areas is a plus.
