Head of AI Business Transformation
About the role
Aventude is seeking a Head of AI Business Transformation to lead clients through the process of integrating AI into their organizations. This role focuses on understanding client businesses, identifying areas where AI can add value, and mapping appropriate AI solutions to business needs. The position involves working closely with client leaders, guiding them from ideation to measurable results, and collaborating with engineering teams to implement solutions. The ideal candidate will have experience in business analysis, consulting, product, or transformation roles involving AI, and must be able to communicate complex AI concepts in simple terms to non-technical stakeholders. The role is not focused on AI engineering but rather on business transformation and client engagement. Aventude is an AI-native software engineering company with a global presence, and this role offers opportunities for overseas travel and significant influence on client organizations.
Must have
- Experience in business analysis, consulting, product or transformation roles where AI played a part
- A clear, practical understanding of what today’s AI can and can’t do for a business, including the strengths of different models and capabilities
- The ability to sit with a CEO, product owner or architect and understand their world quickly
- Strong storytelling and the ability to make AI simple for non-technical people
Nice to have
- Experience with AI-driven data analytics or data science is an added advantage
- Understanding of Nordic markets and business culture is a strong plus
