Project Managers – Hospitality Web Solutions (US Client Operations)
About the role
eBEYONDS is seeking experienced Project Managers for their Hospitality Web Solutions team, focusing on US client operations. The role involves managing and coordinating digital projects for US-based clients, including web development, software solutions, and digital transformation initiatives. The Project Manager will act as a bridge between client expectations and technical delivery teams, ensuring projects are delivered on time, within scope, and to quality standards. Key responsibilities include end-to-end project delivery, direct client engagement, coordination with internal teams, project monitoring, and maintaining regular client communication. Candidates should have strong project management experience, a solid understanding of web technologies, and excellent English communication skills. The position is fully onsite in Sri Lanka and requires working US business hours (night shift in Sri Lanka).
Must have
- 5–8 years of experience in project management, preferably within web development, software delivery, digital solutions, or related technology environments.
- Proven experience working directly with international clients, preferably US-based clients.
- Sound understanding of web technologies, software development processes, and digital project delivery.
- Strong project planning, coordination, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent English communication and interpersonal skills, with the confidence to engage directly with international clients.
- Ability to manage multiple projects, competing priorities, and deadlines independently.
- Essential: Willingness to work during US business hours and communicate directly with US-based clients.
Nice to have
- Previous experience working during US business hours or night shifts will be an added advantage.
