About the role
Innodata Lanka is seeking a Technical Lead with expertise in Python, React, and AI-assisted development to lead the architecture, design, and development of full-stack applications. The role involves driving the adoption of AI-assisted and agentic coding practices, establishing engineering standards, ensuring secure and scalable solutions, and mentoring engineering teams. Candidates should have 7–15 years of software engineering experience, strong hands-on skills in Python and React, and a solid understanding of APIs, microservices, databases, and scalable architecture. Experience with AI coding assistants and AI-driven development workflows is also required.
Must have
