About the role
The Web Production Officer (Digital Content Specialist) will be responsible for managing daily website operations, publishing digital assets, and supporting major website migrations and rebranding projects. Key responsibilities include building, updating, and publishing web pages using enterprise CMS platforms, ensuring web content adheres to brand and SEO standards, importing and converting digital assets, maintaining rigorous file management, and collaborating with digital marketing and web production teams to optimize user experience. The role requires hands-on CMS experience, solid HTML, CSS, and JavaScript knowledge, asset optimization skills, a systematic working style, and strong teamwork and communication abilities. Must have
- Hands-on experience with CMS platforms like AEM, Sitecore, or WordPress VIP.
- Solid working knowledge of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
- Ability to handle asset optimization (images, video) and basic editorial/proofreading checks.
- Systematic working style with a strong understanding of website user experience (UX).
- Excellent teamwork and collaborative communication skills.
