Assistant Manager - System Development
About the role
The Assistant Manager - System Development will be responsible for supporting, maintaining, and enhancing the team's software systems, primarily developed using C# .NET and Microsoft SQL Server 2019. Key duties include managing SQL Server environments, coordinating software deployments, gathering user requirements, implementing system enhancements, and providing onsite technical support. The role also involves driving process optimization and resolving application, database, and system-related issues. Candidates should have a relevant degree and at least 3 years of experience in software implementation, application support, or system development, with strong technical knowledge in the specified technologies. Experience in the healthcare industry is considered an advantage.
Must have
- Bachelor's Degree or equivalent professional qualification in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in software implementation, application support, or system development.
- Strong knowledge of: Microsoft SQL Server 2019, Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC), Visual Studio 2022, C# .NET Application Development.
- Excellent analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills.
- Willingness to travel for branch and laboratory visits when required.
Nice to have
- Experience in the healthcare industry will be a distinct advantage.
