Business System Lead
About the role
The Systems & Training Lead is responsible for supporting the development, enhancement, and adoption of digital platforms within a logistics and shipping context. The role involves collaborating with business users, customers, and technical teams to drive system improvements, conduct business analysis, deliver training, and manage change initiatives. Key responsibilities include supporting digital transformation, documenting business requirements, planning and executing user acceptance testing, delivering training programs, and coordinating release and change management activities. The ideal candidate will have a relevant degree and at least 3 years of experience in business systems, digital transformation, or related roles, with strong skills in business process analysis, UAT, training delivery, and documentation. The position is based in Colombo, Sri Lanka, and is offered through InTalent Asia for their client in the logistics and shipping industry. Must have
- Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, Information Systems, or a related discipline.
- Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in business systems, digital transformation, business analysis, training, or application support roles.
- Strong understanding of business process analysis and system improvements.
- Experience defining user stories, acceptance criteria, and business requirements.
- Experience conducting User Acceptance Testing (UAT).
- Strong training delivery, facilitation, and presentation skills.
- Experience preparing process flows, documentation, and system guides.
- Strong data analysis and reporting skills.
Nice to have
- Certifications related to Microsoft 365, Microsoft Copilot, Figma UI/UX Design, SQL, or Power BI.
- Experience creating UI prototypes and workflow mockups.
- Exposure to logistics, shipping, supply chain, or enterprise business systems environments.
- Experience working with customer-facing applications and digital transformation initiatives.
