About the role

The Senior Full-Stack Technical Lead will lead a development team, taking ownership of technical architecture, development, code quality, DevOps, and deployment for the company's platform. This hands-on role involves developing features, reviewing code, delegating tasks to junior developers, managing deployments, and establishing secure and scalable engineering practices. Key responsibilities include designing and maintaining Django/Python backend and React frontend applications, building REST APIs, managing AWS infrastructure, ensuring secure development practices, and collaborating with cybersecurity and compliance teams. The position requires strong technical skills in Python/Django, React, AWS, DevOps, and security, as well as leadership abilities such as team delegation, code review, and mentoring.
