Information Technology Intern
About the role
The Information Technology Intern at Hirdaramani Group will support the IT team in maintaining and monitoring network systems, hardware, and software across the organization. Responsibilities include assisting with system configuration, troubleshooting technical issues, responding to user support requests, escalating complex problems, performing basic network security checks, documenting IT processes, and coordinating with internal stakeholders. The role is full-time and hybrid, based in Asia, offering a mix of on-site and work-from-home flexibility. Candidates should have foundational IT skills, an interest in enterprise IT, and be pursuing or have recently completed a relevant diploma or degree. Must have
- Candidates should possess foundational skills in Information Technology and a strong interest in enterprise IT environments.
- Candidates should possess skills in Network Administration and basic Network Security to support infrastructure maintenance and monitoring.
- Candidates should possess skills in Troubleshooting to diagnose and resolve routine hardware, software, and connectivity issues.
- Candidates should possess skills in Customer Service to communicate effectively with internal users and provide courteous technical support.
- Basic knowledge of operating systems (Windows, Linux), office productivity tools, and IT documentation practices.
- Currently pursuing or recently completed a diploma or degree in IT, Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
- Ability to learn quickly, follow established procedures, manage time effectively, and work collaboratively in a multicultural environment.
- Good written and verbal communication skills in English; knowledge of regional languages is an advantage.

Highlights
