Full Stack Developer
About the role
The Full Stack Developer – HRIS & Confidential Systems will join the Automation & Data function of a leading renewable energy and power generation company in Sri Lanka. The role is responsible for designing, building, securing, and maintaining the internal Human Resources Information System (HRIS) and other confidential applications. Key responsibilities include platform design, implementing strict access controls and encryption, ensuring compliance with the Sri Lanka Personal Data Protection Act, integrating with Microsoft and ERP systems, and maintaining secure operations and backups. The ideal candidate will have at least 4 years of professional experience as a full stack developer, proficiency in modern front-end and back-end frameworks, strong database skills, and experience with secure coding and authentication protocols. Must have
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Systems, or a related technical discipline.
- Minimum 4+ years of professional experience as a Full Stack Developer building and maintaining production business applications.
- Hands-on experience with modern front-end frameworks (React, Angular, or Vue) and robust back-end stacks (.NET / C#, Node.js, or Python).
- Strong relational database expertise (SQL Server, Azure SQL, or PostgreSQL) with proven capability in secure query design and data encryption.
- Working knowledge of OWASP Top 10 secure coding, OAuth 2.0 / OpenID Connect, Microsoft Entra ID (Azure AD), and Git-based CI/CD pipelines.
- Demonstrable experience handling confidential data applications with audit logging; familiarity with HRIS/ERP integrations, Power Platform, and the Sri Lanka Personal Data Protection Act (PDPA) is a strong advantage.
- Exceptional personal discipline and professional judgment when handling sensitive enterprise information (a separate Non-Disclosure Agreement will be required upon appointment).

Highlights
