AI Transformation Manager
About the role
The AI Transformation Manager will be responsible for developing and executing an AI transformation roadmap that aligns with institutional objectives. The role involves identifying and implementing AI solutions across various faculties and administrative departments, leading automation and process improvement initiatives, and collaborating with academic and research teams to foster AI adoption and industry partnerships. The manager will also establish AI governance frameworks, manage technology vendors and stakeholders, and drive AI awareness and training initiatives among staff and students. Candidates should have a background in AI, digital transformation, or related fields, with strong leadership and project management skills.
Must have
- Bachelor’s degree in AI, IT, Computer Science, Data Science, Engineering, or a related field.
- 4–6 years of experience in AI, digital transformation, technology management, data analytics, or innovation.
- Proven experience in technology-enabled transformation projects and stakeholder management.
- Strong knowledge of AI, Machine Learning, Generative AI, automation platforms, and data governance.
- Excellent leadership, project management, communication, and change management skills.
Nice to have
- Master’s degree in AI, Data Science, Digital Transformation, Business Administration, or a related field is an added advantage.
