IT Executive - Male Candidates Only
About the role
RAM Cinemas is seeking a skilled and motivated IT Executive with at least 3 years of experience in the IT field. The role involves managing and maintaining the online movie booking website and booking system, handling Internet Payment Gateway (IPG) integrations, troubleshooting payment-related issues, and managing ERP and inventory management systems. The IT Executive will also provide technical support, monitor system performance, coordinate with external software developers and service providers, and ensure the smooth operation of IT systems and business applications. The position requires strong troubleshooting, problem-solving, and communication skills, as well as the ability to work independently and manage IT projects.
Must have
- Minimum 3 years of relevant IT experience.
- Experience in website management, online booking systems, and IPG integrations.
- Knowledge of ERP systems and inventory management.
- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to manage IT projects, resolve technical issues, and work independently.
- Good communication and coordination skills.
Nice to have
- Experience with database management, APIs, web portals, and payment integrations.
- Experience in system administration and business application support.
