Assistant Manager - ICT
About the role
Goodhope Asia Holdings Ltd, part of the Carson Cumberbatch PLC group, is seeking an Assistant Manager - ICT to oversee and administer the Microsoft 365 platform and Active Directory infrastructure, supporting user groups across three countries. The role involves providing IT support, designing and managing LAN/WAN infrastructure, ensuring compliance with company IT policies, developing a technology roadmap, and managing ICT staff including their training and development. The ideal candidate will have significant experience in a similar role and relevant educational qualifications. The company operates in the palm oil and edible oils sector with a focus on high standards and sustainable practices.
Must have
- Minimum 5 years experience in a similar role
- Bachelors degree in Information Technology Networking, IT Security or equivalent
- High level of professionalism, integrity and ownership
- Good cross functional management & communication skills
Nice to have
- Product certifications from Microsoft (MS-102/SC-3001, Fortinet (NSE 4), Cisco (CCNA) would be advantageous
