About the role
Rider Force (Pvt) Ltd is seeking a Sales & Marketing Coordinator to join their team. The role involves handling incoming sales calls, customer inquiries, and following up with leads generated through marketing campaigns. The coordinator will communicate with customers in Sinhala and Tamil, understand their requirements, explain services and pricing, and support daily sales and marketing activities. The position requires strong communication skills, confidence in customer interactions, and the ability to coordinate with internal teams to ensure customer needs are met.
Must have
- Fluency in both Sinhala and Tamil is mandatory.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Confidence in handling sales calls and customer conversations.
- Ability to understand customer requirements and provide appropriate information.
- Comfortable explaining service offerings and pricing.
- Basic familiarity with computers, IT, and software tools.
- Ability to manage and follow up on leads generated through advertising campaigns.
- Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
- Positive attitude, adaptability, and willingness to learn.
