About the role
Dialog Finance is seeking an Analyst for their Analytics & AI team to support data-driven decision making and drive impactful business outcomes. The role involves collaborating with various teams to apply data, analytics, and AI to solve business problems, supporting lending analytics initiatives, and preparing reports and dashboards to communicate insights. The position is full-time and in-person, offering the opportunity to work on high-impact analytics projects and contribute to financial inclusion and Sri Lanka's digital economy.
Must have
- A degree in Data Science, Analytics, Mathematics, Statistics, IT, Business Analytics, Finance, or a related field. Candidates with professional qualifications such as CIMA, ACCA, CMA, or other qualifications with a strong quantitative focus are also encouraged to apply.
- 1-3 years of experience in analytics, business analysis, financial services, or related fields. Fresh graduates with strong analytical and problem-solving skills are also encouraged to apply.
- Strong analytical thinking with the ability to solve complex business problems using data and insights.
- Proficiency in SQL, Python, Power BI, and Excel are required.
- Ability to understand business requirements, translate them into analytical solutions, and deliver actionable recommendations.
- Curiosity, attention to detail, and a passion for uncovering insights and driving data-informed decisions.
