Analyst - Lending Services (ESG)
About the role
The Analyst - Lending Services (ESG) role involves capturing and analyzing sustainable finance and ESG (Environmental, Social, and Governance) data, primarily from borrowers' sustainability reports. The position requires the candidate to ensure the quality of deliverables, plan workflows, and collaborate with the team to meet deadlines. Candidates should have a background in business, sustainable finance, economics, data science, or a related professional qualification, and demonstrate strong research, analytical, and communication skills. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and the ability to work independently under tight deadlines are also required.
Must have
- Graduate in business/sustainable finance/economics/data science, or a professional qualification such as CIMA, ACCA or CA, Sri Lanka (preference will be given to candidates with a sustainability-related qualification)
- Passion for sustainability-related work; knowledge of ESG reporting will be an added advantage
- Good research and analytical skills, with high attention to detail
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office
- Excellent written and spoken communication skills
- Ability to work independently and meet tight deadlines

Highlights
