Lead GenAI Engineer
About the role
The Senior Lead GenAI Engineer will lead the design, development, and deployment of Generative AI models, collaborating with cross-functional teams to identify AI integration opportunities. The role involves mentoring junior engineers, researching emerging AI trends, ensuring the quality and performance of AI models through rigorous testing, and communicating project progress to stakeholders. Candidates should have deep expertise in Generative AI and agentic AI technologies, proficiency in Python, R, or Java, and hands-on experience with TensorFlow and PyTorch. A strong foundation in data structures, algorithms, and software engineering principles is required, along with a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field and 5–7 years of relevant experience.
Must have
- Strong expertise in Generative AI & agentic AI frameworks
- Proficiency in Python, R, or Java
- Hands-on experience with TensorFlow, PyTorch
- Solid knowledge of data structures, algorithms, and software engineering principles
- Bachelor’s/Master’s in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
- 5–7 years of experience in AI/ML engineering with a focus on Generative AI
- Proven track record of successful AI/ML project delivery
Nice to have
- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP)
- Familiarity with NLP and Computer Vision
- Knowledge of ethical AI practices and bias mitigation
