About the role
TeamIn is seeking a Technical Delivery & Operations Specialist to manage the end-to-end delivery of technical projects, primarily focused on building and improving websites, landing pages, and Shopify stores for clients in the UK. The role involves connecting various business systems, implementing automations, setting up analytics, and ensuring smooth project launches. The ideal candidate will independently drive projects, coordinate with external parties, resolve technical issues, and maintain clear documentation. Strong practical web skills, experience with modern platforms, and the ability to communicate effectively with clients and suppliers are essential. The position is onsite in Pepiliyana, Sri Lanka, with a fixed-term contract and immediate start required.
Must have
- Evidence that you have independently delivered real projects into production.
- Strong practical web skills including HTML/CSS, JavaScript, Git, APIs and integrations.
- Experience with Shopify and modern web platforms.
- Experience with automation tools and connecting software systems together.
- Strong use of AI coding tools, including the ability to review, debug and test their output rather than trusting it blindly.
- The ability to diagnose unfamiliar technical problems independently.
- Strong written and spoken English.
- High attention to detail and reliable follow-through.
- Comfortable communicating directly with clients, suppliers and technical support teams.
- Good commercial judgement. You should understand that the objective is normally more enquiries, more sales, lower operating effort or a better customer experience, not simply shipping features.
