Microsoft 365 Infrastructure Engineer
About the role
Intervest is seeking a Microsoft 365 Infrastructure Engineer to design, implement, administer, and support the Microsoft 365 platform for the organization. The role involves managing services such as Exchange Online, SharePoint Online, OneDrive, and Teams, as well as handling Microsoft Entra ID, Intune, Defender security technologies, and Purview compliance. The engineer will also be responsible for troubleshooting, monitoring service health, managing integrations, and providing Level 3 support and technical mentoring. Intervest is a global delivery hub based in Colombo, Sri Lanka, serving the Staysure Group and affiliated brands across various sectors.
Must have
- 4+ years of practical experience in Microsoft 365 administration, including implementation, configuration, troubleshooting, and Level 3 (L3) support.
- Microsoft 365 Administration – Manage and support Microsoft 365 services, users, and licenses.
- Exchange Online – Administer mailboxes, email security, and Exchange Online configurations.
- Microsoft Teams – Configure and support Teams for collaboration, meetings, and communication.
- SharePoint Online – Manage SharePoint sites, permissions, and document management processes.
- OneDrive – Support OneDrive storage, file sharing, and user access management.
