Technical Officer - Kalutara | Bandaragama (Outsourced)
About the role
The Technical Officer (Outsourced) for Kalutara/Bandaragama at Dialog Network Services (DNS) is responsible for attending and rectifying BSS, transmission, and power-related breakdowns in the depot area. The role involves frequent communication with the Network Operations Center, ensuring 24x7 availability for urgent maintenance, and carrying out preventive and routine activities according to agreed standards. The officer will also be responsible for project updates, site commissioning, identifying improvement areas, maintaining site details, and managing depot resources. Candidates should have relevant technical qualifications and excellent interpersonal skills.
Must have
- NVQ / IVQ Level 5 qualification specialized in Telecommunication, Electrical, Electronics or Technology
- NDES/ HNDE / NDT specialized in Telecommunication, Electrical, Electronics/ Diploma in Technology (OUSL) / Advanced Diploma in Telecommunication Technology
- Excellent interpersonal skills
