About the role
The Educational Technology Analyst role involves evaluating digital learning tools, analyzing the performance of educational technology, and supporting the implementation of technology-driven learning solutions. The position requires collaboration with educators, instructional designers, and IT teams to enhance learning experiences and outcomes. Key responsibilities include analyzing educational technology platforms, evaluating learning management systems, collecting and analyzing educational data, supporting technology implementation, monitoring system performance, preparing reports, conducting research on emerging technologies, assisting with testing and upgrades, gathering user feedback, maintaining documentation, and supporting training sessions. Candidates should have a strong interest in education and technology, excellent analytical and communication skills, and the ability to work collaboratively across teams.
Must have
- Bachelor's degree in Educational Technology, Information Technology, Education, Data Analytics, or a related field is preferred.
- Previous experience in educational technology, systems analysis, data analysis, or digital learning support is an advantage.
- Understanding of learning management systems, online learning platforms, and digital education tools.
- Familiarity with data analysis, reporting tools, and spreadsheet applications.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and presentation software.
- Knowledge of data visualization, dashboard development, or basic statistical analysis is an advantage.
- Strong analytical, research, and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
- Ability to translate technical findings into clear, practical recommendations.
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to collaborate across technical and educational teams.
