About the role
The Senior Software Engineer (Solutions) will be responsible for designing, developing, and delivering high-quality software solutions using the WSO2 Open Source platform. The role involves working on client projects, applying expertise across multiple WSO2 products, and acting as a technology evangelist within the WSO2 community. Key responsibilities include technical delivery, documentation, mentoring team members, supporting technical leads, and contributing to engineering culture and competency development. The position requires strong technical skills in WSO2 products, enterprise integration, APIs, IAM, and Java, as well as a relevant bachelor's degree. Must have
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
- Strong software development, analytical, and troubleshooting skills.
- Strong understanding of the WSO2 product stack, including WSO2 Identity Server, WSO2 Integrator, and WSO2 API Manager.
- Strong understanding of enterprise integration patterns.
- Strong understanding of web services, APIs, XML, JSON, JMS, SAML, and single sign-on (SSO).
- Strong understanding of identity and access management (IAM).
- Strong understanding of Java memory management and Java Mission Control (JMC).
Nice to have
- WSO2 certification in Identity Server, Integration, or API Management would be an added advantage.
