Senior Oracle Fusion Functional (Financials / PPM)
About the role
The Senior Oracle Fusion Functional (Financials / PPM) role involves leading and delivering Oracle Fusion ERP implementations, focusing on either Financials or Project Portfolio Management (PPM) modules. The position requires conducting business requirement workshops, designing integrated Oracle Fusion solutions, supporting users during various testing cycles, and preparing project documentation. Candidates should have significant experience in Oracle Fusion Financials or PPM, with a strong background in client-facing consulting, solution design, and application configuration. The role also includes mentoring team members, managing stakeholders, and supporting the Project Management Office. A bachelor's degree in a relevant field is required, and professional finance qualifications are considered advantageous.
Must have
- 4-8years of relevant experience in Oracle Fusion PPM and/or Oracle Fusion Financials/E-Business Suite. Candidates with strong expertise in either or both domains will be considered.
- Should have led at least 3 full lifecycle Oracle ERP implementations, with exposure to Oracle Fusion applications.
- Experience in client-facing consulting roles.
- Good exposure to integrations, data conversion, and migration activities.
- Experience in solution design, preparation of functional specifications, and driving solution delivery.
- Hands-on experience in application configuration, testing, test case preparation, and execution.
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills with the ability to translate business requirements into effective solution designs.
- Experience with documentation methodologies such as OUM, AIM, or other industry standard frameworks.
- Strong customer handling skills with the ability to lead and mentor team members.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, organizational, and time-management skills.
- Ability to work under pressure, manage multiple priorities, and meet project deadlines.
- Ability to quickly understand and apply complex business processes and requirements.
- Strong teamwork and collaboration skills.
- Understanding of release management and deployment processes.
- Valid passport and willingness to travel for client engagements.
- Bachelor’s degree in finance, Accounting, Business, Engineering, Information Technology, or a related discipline.
Nice to have
- CA, CMA/CWA, MBA (Finance), or equivalent professional qualifications will be an added advantage
