System Engineer
About the role
The System Engineer will be responsible for installing, configuring, and maintaining servers, operating systems, and IT infrastructure. Key duties include monitoring system performance, troubleshooting hardware and software issues, managing user accounts and access controls, performing backups and routine maintenance, configuring network devices, providing technical support, and maintaining system documentation. The role requires a diploma or degree in IT or a related field, 2–3 years of relevant experience, and strong knowledge of Windows Server, networking, and related technologies. Must have
- Diploma or Degree in IT, Computer Science, or a related field.
- 2–3 years of experience in System Administration / IT Infrastructure.
- Good knowledge of Windows Server and networking.
- Knowledge of Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, and backup systems.
- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
Nice to have
- Basic knowledge of virtualization and cloud technologies is an advantage.
