Engineering Systems Specialist
About the role
The Engineering Systems Specialist at Haleon is responsible for coordinating all administrative tasks within the engineering department to ensure smooth workflow. The role involves supporting the preparation of engineering presentations, tracking KPIs, compiling and validating sustainability data, and acting as the site representative for sustainability audits. Additional duties include performing commercial evaluations, coordinating with finance and procurement, maintaining service agreements, managing engineering documentation, and ensuring compliance with EHS and quality policies. The position supports the Engineering division at the SC Mt. Lavinia plant and requires strong organizational and IT skills, preferably with experience in AutoCAD.
Must have
- Should possess a Diploma or higher diploma in engineering/science related fields. Specialization in Science or Engineering
- At least 02 years Industrial experience in similar capacity, preferably in food or pharmaceutical industry
- Should demonstrate sound knowledge on Business, Engineering and EHS standards in large scale manufacturing environments.
- Should be able to demonstrate and apply IT skills preferably with hands on capability in AutoCAD package.
