About the role
The IT Support Associate (Hardware) role involves providing support for computer hardware troubleshooting and maintenance. Candidates should have G.C.E. O/L and A/L qualifications, preferably in the ICT stream, and a certificate or diploma in Information Technology, Computer Hardware, or Networking. Basic knowledge of computer hardware troubleshooting and maintenance is required. Prior experience in a similar role is considered an added advantage. Must have
