Lead GenAI Engineer
About the role
The Lead GenAI Engineer will be responsible for driving the design and development of innovative Generative AI and Agentic AI solutions. The role involves leading GenAI solution design and development, collaborating with cross-functional teams, mentoring AI/ML engineers, researching emerging AI technologies, and ensuring AI model quality and performance. Candidates should have 5–7 years of experience and a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field. The position is based in Colombo, Sri Lanka and requires expertise in Generative AI, Agentic AI, machine learning, NLP, and cloud platforms.
