About the role
eBEYONDS is seeking a Senior Manager – Web Solutions to lead their Web Solutions and Creative teams, oversee project delivery, and manage international client relationships. The role involves managing cross-functional teams, ensuring timely and quality project completion, maintaining strong client relationships, and supporting business growth through client consultations and solution presentations. The ideal candidate will have significant experience in web solutions, digital project delivery, and team management, with strong leadership and client engagement skills. The position requires a comprehensive understanding of web technologies, digital experiences, and creative services.
Must have
- Bachelor's Degree or professional qualification in Information Technology, Web Technologies, Digital Media, Business Management, Project Management, or a related discipline.
- 8–10+ years of relevant experience in web solutions, digital project delivery, web project management, or digital agency operations, including significant managerial experience.
- Proven experience in managing Web Solutions, Creative, and cross-functional project delivery teams.
- Strong understanding of website development processes, CMS platforms, UI/UX principles, responsive web design, and digital creative services.
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple web and creative projects, ensuring successful delivery, client acceptance, and project closure.
- Direct experience managing international clients, including client communication, stakeholder engagement, requirement discussions, and escalation handling.
- Proven experience in client presentations, sales pitches, pre-sales discussions, and solution recommendations.
- Strong capabilities in people management, performance monitoring, resource planning, and operational coordination.
- Excellent English communication, presentation, negotiation, and interpersonal skills, with confidence in engaging international clients and senior stakeholders.
- Strong leadership, decision-making, problem-solving, and organisational skills.
- Ability to balance project delivery, creative quality, team performance, client satisfaction, and business objectives.
Nice to have
- Experience in a web solutions company, digital agency, or organisation delivering web and creative services to international clients will be a distinct advantage.
