Senior Manager - IT
About the role
The Senior Manager – IT will be responsible for leading and managing the overall IT operations of an FMCG/manufacturing organization, ensuring seamless technology support across its factory, head office, 54 locations, and 120 outlets. The role involves overseeing IT strategy, infrastructure, systems, and daily operations, as well as managing ERP systems, POS applications, networks, servers, and databases. The position also includes developing IT policies, ensuring cybersecurity and compliance, monitoring system performance, and managing IT-related projects such as digital transformation and technology upgrades. Candidates should have significant experience in IT operations management, particularly in multi-location environments, and strong technical expertise in enterprise systems and infrastructure.
Must have
- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Computer Engineering or a related field.
- 10–12 years of overall IT experience, with at least 3–5 years in a managerial or senior leadership capacity.
- Strong experience managing IT operations across multiple locations, including retail outlets, branches, factories and head offices.
- Hands-on exposure to IT infrastructure, networking, ERP/POS systems, vendor management and enterprise IT operations.
