About the role
The IFS Finance Functional Consultant role involves providing financial guidance, strategic planning, and business advisory support. The consultant will analyze financial performance, improve financial processes, prepare reports, and assist management in making informed decisions. Key responsibilities include leading Finance Fit-to-Standard workshops, driving data migration and financial reconciliation, configuring financial modules such as GL, AP, AR, Cash Management, and Fixed Assets, supporting integrations, and ensuring continuous improvement post Go-Live. The position requires a background in finance or related fields, ERP Finance consulting experience, and expertise in IFS Applications or IFS Cloud.
Must have
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Information Systems, or related field
- 3+ years ERP Finance consulting experience
- Proven delivery in IFS Applications or IFS Cloud
- Strong knowledge of IFRS and finance processes (P2P, O2C, R2R)
- Experience in data migration, reconciliation, and Go-Live support
- Strong stakeholder management and workshop facilitation skills
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills.
Nice to have
- Relevant IFS certifications preferred
