About the role
Olanka Travels is seeking a Business Intelligence & Analytics Manager to lead their BI and analytics function. The role involves owning and managing the Power BI and Microsoft Fabric environment, developing dashboards, analyzing company performance, integrating multiple business data sources, and ensuring data quality. The manager will also provide actionable insights to senior management, conduct industry research, and train management teams in BI and analytics. The company is building a modern data and analytics environment and values strong analytical and business skills.
Must have
- 4–6+ years in BI / Analytics / MIS / Business Analytics
- Strong Microsoft Power BI experience is a MUST
- Strong SQL, DAX & Power Query
- Data modelling and ETL/ELT knowledge
- Microsoft Fabric experience is a strong advantage
- Strong business and research capabilities
- Commercial and analytical thinking
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
