Executive – Operations & MIS
About the role
The Executive – Operations & MIS at BIMA (MILVIK) will be responsible for managing operational projects, handling revenue reconciliation, and delivering accurate MIS reporting for the company's insurance and telemedicine business in Sri Lanka. The role involves end-to-end project management, preparing regular reports and dashboards, supporting operational cycles, and coordinating with internal and external stakeholders. Candidates should have experience in operations, MIS, reporting, or project coordination, and be comfortable working with data and multiple teams. Must have
- 2–4 years' experience in operations, MIS, reporting or project coordination.
- Advanced Excel; SQL or dashboard tools (e.g. Power BI) are an advantage.
- Good PowerPoint and presentation skills.
- Experience in insurance, telecom, fintech or banking is an advantage.
- Organised, detail-oriented and confident working with multiple stakeholders.
