About the role
The Product Consultant – HR & Education Solutions at Bridge BSS is responsible for driving business growth and product adoption for AI-powered HR and Education technology solutions. The role involves product consulting, pre-sales, business development, and customer success, including engaging with prospective customers, delivering product demonstrations, generating qualified leads, supporting the sales cycle, and ensuring customer onboarding and success. The consultant will also develop product documentation, gather customer feedback for improvements, and represent the company at industry events. Candidates should have a relevant bachelor's degree and 2–5 years of experience in related fields, with strong communication, consultative selling, and relationship-building skills. Must have
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Human Resources, Education, Information Technology, or a related field.
- 2–5 years of experience in Product Consulting, Pre-Sales, Business Development, Solution Consulting, Customer Success, or SaaS Sales.
- Excellent communication, presentation, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
- Strong consultative selling, lead generation, and relationship-building capabilities.
- Experience conducting software demonstrations, solution presentations, and customer discussions.
- Ability to understand customer requirements and recommend practical technology solutions.
- Strong proposal writing, documentation, and customer engagement skills.
- Self-motivated, results-driven, and capable of working independently and collaboratively.
- Willingness to travel for customer meetings, demonstrations, and industry events.
Nice to have
- Experience with HR Tech, ATS, HRIS, LMS, SIS, EdTech, or SaaS platforms will be an added advantage.
