Foward Deployed Architect (AI)
About the role
This role is for a senior, architect-level AI-Focused Partner Deployed Engineer who will accelerate enterprise adoption of next-generation AI software engineering platforms. The position involves working closely with global systems integrators, solution architects, delivery leads, and engineering teams to deploy and scale AI coding agents like Devin and Windsurf for enterprise customers. Key responsibilities include leading client onboarding and training, translating customer use cases into AI workflows, troubleshooting, supporting integrations and pilot deployments, and building client self-sufficiency through documentation and knowledge sharing. The ideal candidate will have significant experience in software engineering and technical customer roles, strong familiarity with AI/ML tools, and excellent communication skills. Must have
- 15+ years of relevant experience in software engineering, technical customer roles, or AI enablement
- Architect-level expertise with the ability to design and deliver solutions for complex and evolving challenges
- Strong experience with enterprise-scale systems and architectures
- Exposure to working with large multinational organizations
- Degree from a top-ranked university preferred
- Demonstrated career stability (minimal job hopping)
- Strong familiarity with AI/ML tools, platforms, and workflows
- Proficiency in at least one programming language (Python, Java, .NET, etc.) and APIs
- Ability to explain complex AI concepts to non-technical stakeholders
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- Willingness to travel
