About the role
NexInfo is seeking a Senior Oracle Fusion / BI Consultant to join their team. The role involves developing reports, dashboards, and analytics solutions using Oracle Fusion applications (Financials, SCM, or HCM) and BI tools such as OTBI, BI Publisher, and Oracle Analytics Cloud (OAC). The consultant will work closely with business users and functional teams to deliver data-driven solutions, optimize BI report performance, support data migration and integration, and participate in upgrades and implementation projects. Candidates should have a strong background in Oracle Fusion Applications, BI tools, and data modeling.
Must have
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field.
- 6+ years of experience with Oracle Fusion Applications and BI tools.
- Strong hands-on experience in Oracle BI Publisher, OTBI, OAC, FDI and SQL.
- Deep understanding of Oracle Fusion data models (Financials, SCM, or HCM).
- Proficiency in developing custom reports, data models, and bursting reports.
- Good understanding of Oracle Cloud architecture, security, and role-based access.
- Strong problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment

Highlights
The position is remote with biannual 2-week travel to India (travel covered by the organization). Shift timing is 5:00pm IST to 2:30am IST.
