Global HR Process & Systems Manager - SAP SuccessFactors (m/f/d)
About the role
The Global HR Process & Systems Manager - SAP SuccessFactors will lead the ongoing development and optimization of global HR processes and technology, focusing on the entire employee lifecycle. The role is responsible for designing efficient, scalable HR processes and ensuring they are effectively supported by HR systems, with a primary focus on SAP SuccessFactors. Key duties include leading the implementation and continuous improvement of SAP SuccessFactors, managing HR systems and process improvement initiatives, ensuring governance and compliance, and acting as the main liaison between HR, IT, and external partners. The ideal candidate will have a university degree in a relevant field, several years of experience in HR systems or process management, hands-on experience with SAP SuccessFactors, and strong project management and communication skills. Must have
- University degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Information Systems, or a related discipline.
- Several years of experience in HR systems, HR process management, digital HR, or HR transformation.
- Hands-on experience with SAP SuccessFactors, particularly Employee Central, Learning, and Performance & Goals. Certification in one or more modules is highly desirable. Candidates without certification should be willing to obtain it, with company sponsorship provided.
- Strong understanding of end-to-end HR processes, HR data, and system integrations across the employee lifecycle.
- Proven experience managing cross-functional projects and collaborating with stakeholders, IT teams, and external vendors.
- Strategic and analytical mindset with the ability to translate business requirements into practical and scalable system solutions.
- Structured, pragmatic, and results-oriented approach, with strong problem-solving and organizational skills.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the confidence to challenge assumptions and drive constructive discussions.
- Fluent in English, both written and spoken.
Nice to have
- Experience with SmartRecruiters or another Applicant Tracking System (ATS) is an advantage.
