Senior RCM Lead

The Senior RCM Lead will be responsible for leading and managing the end-to-end US Healthcare Revenue Cycle Management (RCM) function. This role involves driving RCM performance, implementing process improvements, and ensuring operational excellence. The position requires analyzing key metrics, developing and scaling high-performing RCM teams, collaborating with leadership on strategy and business growth, and ensuring compliance with US healthcare regulations and payer requirements. The ideal candidate will have significant experience in US Healthcare RCM operations, expertise in denials and appeals, AR management, billing, claims, and payer processes, as well as a strong background in process improvement and automation. Must have
- 5+ years of experience in Revenue Cycle Management (RCM).
- Strong experience in US Healthcare RCM operations.
- Expertise in denials & appeals, AR management, billing. claims, and payer processes.
- Solid understanding of ICD-10, CPT, HCPCS, Medicare, Medicaid, and commercial payers.
- Proven experience leading RCM teams and driving operational performance.
- Experience managing key RCM KPIs such as denial rates, AR days, collections, and clean claim rates.
- Strong background in process improvement, automation, and workflow optimization.
- Excellent analytical, leadership, and stakeholder management skills.
- Experience presenting operational performance and recommendations to senior leadership.
