About the role
The Creative Graphic Designer role at Eswaran Tea involves joining an innovative tea company to bring creative design concepts to life. The position requires a self-motivated individual with strong communication skills, a proven track record of meeting deadlines, and the ability to adapt to new environments. Key responsibilities include producing graphic designs, presenting ideas, and working with industry-standard software and technologies. The role also involves concept carton box/packaging design and requires professionalism regarding time, costs, and deadlines.
Must have
- Proven graphic designing experience with at least minimum one years of experience.
- Demonstrable graphic design skills with a strong portfolio Ability to interact, communicate and present ideas.
- Up to date with industry leading software and technologies. (Photoshop, Illustrator, In Design, CAD Drawings, 3D Max or 3D Visualization)
- Hands on experience in concept carton Box/Packaging Designing and experience in both Windows & Mac OS systems.
- Professionalism regarding time, costs and deadlines.
- Age should be less than 35 years.
- Good Communication skills of both English and Sinhala.
