About the role
The Information Technology Audit Manager will lead the IT Audit function, providing independent assurance over technology risks, cybersecurity, governance, and regulatory compliance. The role involves developing and executing the annual IT audit plan, identifying control gaps, recommending improvements, and ensuring compliance with IT policies and regulatory requirements. The manager will also mentor the IT audit team and collaborate with internal teams to strengthen IT risk management and governance. The position offers leadership opportunities, direct interaction with senior management, and involvement in strategic decision-making.
Must have
- Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, or a related field.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in IT auditing, preferably within the financial services sector.
- Sound knowledge of regulatory requirements applicable to Licensed Finance Companies/NBFIs.
- Exceptional analytical thinking and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent organizational skills, with the ability to prioritize work and meet deadlines.
Nice to have
- Professional certifications such as CISA, CIA, CPA, or equivalent are preferred.
