Finance Transformation - Senior Analyst
About the role
The Senior Analyst in Finance Transformation will support finance transformation projects aimed at improving client performance, governance, and operational efficiency. The role involves analyzing finance functions, identifying opportunities for improvement, and contributing to the design and implementation of transformation solutions. Responsibilities include engaging with clients, conducting process reviews, developing finance documentation, supporting ERP implementations, preparing deliverables, and contributing to practice development. The position is part of a team that works closely with clients and stakeholders to deliver high-quality advisory and transformation outcomes.
Must have
- Bachelor's degree in Finance/ Accounting/ Business Management, or equivalent professional qualification (CIMA, ACCA) with strong academic credentials
- 2 - 3 years’ relevant post-degree experience in consulting, finance, accounting, process improvement and auditing
- Ability to challenge the status quo and deliver well-structured arguments for change and transformation
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal
- Self-motivated, proactive, and eager to learn independently
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (PowerPoint, Visio, Excel, Word)
Nice to have
- Knowledge of digital finance technologies is a plus
