Undergraduate Trainee - AI Experience Delivery
About the role
This undergraduate trainee position is part of the AI Experience Delivery Team at IFS, a global enterprise software company. The role involves supporting the delivery of AI-driven improvements in efficiency and customer experience, working closely with mentors and various teams. Responsibilities include managing AI engineering feedback, reporting on AI solution roll-outs, supporting backlog management, assisting with user interviews and feedback collection, validating AI solutions, contributing to documentation, and collaborating with engineering and product teams. The ideal candidate is self-motivated, a clear communicator, and interested in AI, with foundational business understanding and proficiency in basic computer skills. Must have
- A foundational understanding of key business functions and their respective priorities, such as sales, commercial operations, consulting, support, etc
- An awareness or interest in AI
- Proficiency in fundamental computer skills, encompassing familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite and basic software applications
- Strong command of written and verbal English
- Working towards a degree in Business, Management or an IT related subject or equivalent
Nice to have
- An understanding of ITIL principles would be beneficial
