BUSINESS ANALYST – HR TRANSFORMATION
About the role
V S Information Systems (Pvt) Ltd (VSIS) is seeking an experienced Business Analyst with expertise in HR processes and transformation to support a major enterprise workflow transformation initiative. The role involves understanding, documenting, and redesigning end-to-end HR processes, conducting workshops with stakeholders, identifying inefficiencies, and translating business requirements into functional workflows. The Business Analyst will also support user acceptance testing, documentation, change management, and continuous process improvement, working closely with implementation teams to ensure successful HR process digitization and automation.
Must have
- Strong practical experience in HR, HR Operations, HRIS implementation, HR process transformation or HR-focused Business Analysis
- Strong understanding of real-world HR processes
- Experience with HRIS, ERP, workflow/BPM or digital transformation projects
- Ability to map, analyze, redesign and improve business processes
- Experience in requirement gathering, workflow design and BRD/FRD preparation
- Strong analytical, problem-solving and stakeholder-management skills
- Ability to effectively bridge HR/business requirements with technology teams
Nice to have
- Experience in an IT/technology organization would be an advantage
- Relevant academic or professional qualifications will be an advantage but are not the primary selection criterion
