About the role
The Intern – Operations (Smart Infrastructure Solutions) will assist in coordinating daily operational activities, maintaining records and reports, and monitoring operational data and KPIs. The role involves working closely with internal teams to ensure effective communication, identifying and resolving process bottlenecks, and contributing to process improvement initiatives. The intern will also leverage Generative AI tools to enhance productivity and support operational decision-making. Candidates should have strong organizational, analytical, and communication skills, proficiency in Microsoft Office, and experience using Generative AI tools for various business tasks. This internship offers hands-on experience in business operations, exposure to AI-enabled processes, and mentorship from industry professionals within a leading technology solutions company.
Must have
- Strong organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
- Regular user of Generative AI tools such as Microsoft Copilot, ChatGPT, Gemini, Claude, or similar platforms.
- Demonstrated ability to use AI tools for research, analysis, content creation, reporting, process optimization, and task automation.
- Strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively.
- A proactive mindset with a passion for innovation, technology, and continuous learning.
