Trainee Support Specialist

Must have
- Completed or currently pursuing a degree in Information Technology with a focus on Systems & Networking from a reputable university.
- Understanding of IT systems and cloud concepts.
- Understanding of no-code platforms leg. Google AppSheet or Microsoft Power Apps.
Nice to have
- Experience with Google Workspace or Office 365 administration is a plus.
- Familiarity with basic networking concepts (DNS, DHCP, etc) is beneficial
- Experience with RMM tools like ManageEngine or NinjaOne.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Presentation skills and a can-do attitude.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
