About the role
The ICT Technician - Field will provide technical support and solutions to clients, focusing on diagnosing and resolving hardware and software issues. Responsibilities include troubleshooting, installing and upgrading systems, performing routine maintenance, and supporting clients both on-site and remotely. The role requires a diploma or certificate in IT or a related field, strong problem-solving skills, and attention to detail. Experience in laptop/desktop repair and a valid riding licence are considered advantages. The position is based in Colombo, with preference for candidates residing in the area.
Must have
- Male Candidates Only
- Below 35 years
- Diploma/Certificate in IT, NVQ Level 3 or above in Computer Hardware, Electronics or a related field.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Nice to have
- 1 year experience in LAPTOP/ DESKTOP repair will be an advantage
- Possessing a valid riding licence is an added advantage
- Permanent Residence in Colombo area will be an added advantage.
