About the role
The AI Automation Specialist role at virtUK involves understanding business processes, identifying areas for improvement, and implementing AI-powered workflow automation solutions. The position requires working closely with business owners and teams to design, build, and maintain automated workflows, configure AI tools, connect business applications, and support lead-generation and communication systems. The ideal candidate will have a strong practical understanding of AI and automation, logical problem-solving skills, technical confidence, initiative, and excellent communication abilities. The role is fully remote, based in Sri Lanka, and offers the opportunity to work with emerging AI technologies and have a direct impact on business efficiency.

Highlights
The role is fully remote but requires candidates to be based in Sri Lanka and available for a UK-aligned schedule (Monday to Friday, 2.30pm - 10.30pm IST).
