Project Management Intern-Jaffna
About the role
This is a full-time internship opportunity in project management, lasting 3–6 months and based in Jaffna. The intern will assist with planning, scheduling, and tracking project tasks, support coordination among teams and stakeholders, maintain project documentation, monitor progress, and help with meeting and resource coordination. The role is designed for students, recent graduates, or final-year undergraduates in Project Management, Business, IT, or related fields, and does not require prior work experience. The internship offers hands-on experience and the potential for a full-time permanent position based on performance.
Must have
- Students, Undergraduates (final year) or recent graduates in Project Management, Business, IT, or related fields
- No prior work experience needed — just genuine interest in project management or IT operations
- Comfortable with MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Strong communication
- Detail-oriented, organized, and eager to learn

Highlights
Free accommodation is provided for selected candidates from outside Jaffna District. Both day and night shifts are available, with different stipend rates. Successful interns may be considered for a full-time role. No prior work experience is required. The internship is open to students and recent graduates.
