Must have
- Minimum 1-2 years of experience in a similar capacity.
- Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Software Engineering, Information Systems, or equivalent qualification from a recognized university.
- Sound knowledge of different industry-standard Business Analysis processes, techniques, and methodologies.
- Good PR and organizational skills and the ability to multitask with minimal supervision.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills in the English language and an outstanding level of interpersonal and presentation skills.
- Keen to acquire extensive knowledge in Electronic Payments and Information Systems Security verticals that leads to a Product Specialist role.
Nice to have
- Prior experience working in the Banking and Financial Services Industry, or its related operations will be an added advantage.
- Possessing a professional certification such as IIBA ECBA/CCBA is highly preferred.
