IT Executive
About the role
The Group IT Executive will support and coordinate ICT operations across a diverse portfolio of hospitality, travel, tourism, and trading businesses at Eco Team Sri Lanka. Key responsibilities include installing, configuring, and troubleshooting computers, hardware, networks, and IT systems; supporting Google Workspace administration; managing CCTV and related security systems; supporting ERP, HRIS, and CRM systems; maintaining IT inventory and procurement records; supporting Wi-Fi, telecommunications, and mobile-data systems; and ensuring cybersecurity, antivirus, backups, and basic system security. The role also involves using AI tools for troubleshooting, documentation, reporting, and productivity. The position is based at the Colombo Head Office and supports multiple locations across Sri Lanka.
Must have
- Diploma or Degree in IT, Computer Science or a related field
- 1-3 years of relevant IT experience
- Hardware, networking and system administration skills
- Exposure to CCTV, ERP, HRIS or CRM systems (an advantage)
- Familiarity with AI tools such as ChatGPT, Microsoft Copilot or Gemini
- Good communication skills and a problem-solving mindset
